Been taking it for close to 8 months now. I started using it for mood and there was definitely a huge difference after about 2 weeks of starting. I feel much less irritable and anxious. Definitely have more energy as well. I'll definitely keep taking it for the foreseeable future.

I have been using Physicians Choice Ashwagandha for about a year, and notice a big difference in libido and mood. I stopped using it while on vacation and saw negative impact quickly. I will continue for the forceable future.

I initially purchased this product to help build muscle, but quickly noticed that it helped with anxiety….to the point that it was noticeable when I didn’t take it. I’ve never found anything so effective as this.
